Estate planning is personal with us.
Estate planning is very personal and can be a lot to handle, especially when emotions come up. We get that. We’ve been there. At Moore Legacy Law, our mission is to remove the intimidation factor and demystify estate planning, making it as easy as possible for our clients.
Our attorneys offer a caring and compassionate, hands-on approach. We do not have one standard template that we wedge our clients into. Instead, we take time to get to know each of our clients, and we create custom plans that meet your specific needs. Our approach allows us to carefully calibrate the following:
– Maximize effectiveness – How completely does the plan meet the client’s goals?
– Control cost – How expensive is the plan to create, maintain, and administer?
– Control complexity – How easily can the client and their loved ones understand and implement the plan?
Our philosophy is zero pressure. We work to develop lifelong relationships with clients by treating you with kindness, respect, and understanding. It is our policy to be upfront about everything including our fees, to communicate openly at every step, and to make your experience as positive as can be.
We are personally invested in your success.

“We are entrusted with our clients’ legacies. It means as much to us as it does to them, and it’s important they know it.” – Attorney, Dan Stuart
